Stainless and acid resistant steel, paint.
PIQUE-NIQUE consists of forms made of stainless steel. Molded exotic fruits are combined with the steel elements of the artwork, which is installed in three skylight niches. Located on the first floor of EduCity, it reproduces the elements of the Kupittaa campus architecture, but in more organic form. The artwork resembles a fruit tree, a cloud formation or a spatial landscape and transforms with changing lighting conditions. It creates a luxurious atmosphere in its site, as if inviting the viewer to pick the fruits of paradise.
